  1. I can not like that man. WOW!!!!

Just one of the many reasons I HATE Facebook.

Loser trolls that would stoop to turn a debate with you about music into a personal, uncalled for attack on your wife.

Oh my God I really want to kick his ass.

      1. I used to get into sparring with trolls years ago. They really bugged me.
Then I figured it was just some lonely loser in his moms basement trying to get his jollies.
Usually when I called them on that they stopped.
The ones that did not would keep arguing even if they said the earth was flat. There is no reasoning with that small percentage of the internet. They are a special kind of troll that will take it to the nth level just to try a prove a point.

7 years though. This guy may take the cake.
You and I have escaped jobs that were killing us inside, and we have families that love us. We write about and listen to music in our spare time. That sounds like a pretty good life to me.
That asshole has stewed and plotted some kind of revenge. I would choose our lives over his anyday.
Knowing what you have and what he does not is the best revenge.

        1. Well dude, all I can say is, if he has a family and they stumble upon his words, then good.

I let it bother me for all of 10 minutes yesterday. The only thing I regret is that Jen read it, but I don’t like to bury this shit. I’m like Craig — I will post my hate mail. You send it to me, and I will post it — Fair Warning.

      1. I Googled it:

      2. Of course, this was the salient portion:

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information,

*so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable*

  2. Hang in there. Just the other day I realized that Twitter and these net lives give people a way to say everything that comes to their mind. I’m sure every one of us has bad thoughts every day but decent manners used to prevent us from saying those thoughts out loud and even if someone did say out everything they thought then the crowd usually was only a few people. Now it can be hundreds or thousands of people. I’m not sure we are ready for the net. I’m sure I’m not. And then the good side are sites like this one where people all over the world can come together and share thoughts. I love your site!

    1. Thanks dude. Like I said to Brian I let it bother me for all of 10 minutes yesterday. I think putting it up here helps. Hard to believe somebody could get THIS worked up about a music review.

    1. Yeah. I vaguely this guy commenting on my Kiss Sonic Boom review way back when the album came out. We had a back and forth obviously, but then seven years later he comes back on the Facebook platform? Something wrong with this guy.
