ELO higher than Maiden? Who cares, it’s all good
“Last of the V8 Interceptors”? As a Mad Max fan it is my duty to check that song out

Telephone Line was the song that blew my mind the most that weekend. Gorgeous song

Yes, Telephone Line is an excellent composition. I prefer the Rock and roll side of ELO, but I can definitely appreciate the more mellow side

Mad Max has been on my radar a lot lately. I love those films. All but the third one. Can’t make it through the third one. I think I’ve never watched it in one single sitting.

Did Sheavy cover ‘Last of the V8 Interceptors’? Isn’t that an Atomic Bitchwax song? Holy cow, nope. They are two separate songs with same name. Lots of Mad Max love in the Stoner community!! Great countdown, big thumbs up for the April Wine and the Gary Numan inclusion.

Sheavy is awesome sauce

You like the Wine eh? I think they picked one of their best songs. Weeping Widow being second best.
And check out the Sheavy. They are awesome.

Yeah man..Every Wednesday night from 6-9 Tbay hosts what they call Summer In The Parks. its free admission so last night it was two local acts than FAF!
Great turnout as it looked like a bar show as there were tons of people down front!
Me and The Boss hung in the back but it was a real fun show,,,
Next Wednesday Night its the Northern Pikes..
Best thing about is its free…..
Vendors are parked thorough out and its fun..nice night out as long as the weather cooperates…

You rock Deke! Inflatable and rideable sharks too! Five Alarm Funk is my favorite band right now .. and such a great live band. I have seen them 4 times now… And have shook the drummers hand twice telling him I’ve never seen any band have more fun on stage. Especially him. Their 2016 release … Sweat … Is a stellar album. Glad you got the chance to get Funked!

It was fantastic! Never seen em before and what a high energy act….A few inflatables sharks were floating through the marina park air! They played down by the harbour front…
So Good…So much FUNK!

You’ll have trouble finding a couple of the songs, Scott Dunbar was a bitch for me personally. Eventually I had to buy the track. $1.35 well spent.

A terrific Zombies tune – and I like the eclectic mix, though both good songs, you don’t see Starman & Stinkfist side-by-side every day!

What about Black Sabbath next to Watermelon Man?

I think that would also qualify as an atypical pairing!

This is an impressive list. And ending on Mr. Roboto? Domo!

Mr. Roboto was actually the start! It ended with Ray Charles.
Before Mr. Roboto, there was the tribute to Troy and Rush – Dreamline. The lyric “Learning that we’re only immortal for a limited time,” was pretty heavy.

Oh, even better! Makes sense, counting down from 100… I’ll catch on eventually…
That’s a great, appropriate line. Well done.
