Going solo was fun, but nobody can yammer on about music like Deke and LeBrain!
Tonight’s theme was the brainchild of our collective chit chat. Have you noticed how many great albums are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year, including Back in Black? It’s hard to turn on the radio or follow social media without noticing all the albums turning 40 this year. Deke and I decided to talk about some in depth that were special to us personally. He doesn’t know exactly which ones I picked, and I don’t know which ones he picked. All we know is that it’s gonna be a blast!
I will also be doing an unboxing before Deke joins us. Sometimes it’s worth tuning in early. Chris Sarre is slowly learning this.
Join us tonight at 7:00 PM E.S.T. as we hop in the DeLorean with the flux capacitor set to the year 1980. Facebook: Michael Ladano
Speaking of which, there’s a DeLorean Transformer coming out soon

Yeah, and it looks decent too. I missed out on Ectotron. But what I don’t like about TF today is how they just re-engineer existing toys to make new ones. So Ectotron is based off Silverbolt, from which also Cyclonus, Shattershot, Hun-Grrr, and Snaptrap. Although some of the end modes are drastically different — jets, a car, a two-headed dragon, and a turtle — some of the parts and transformations are similar and it kinda gets tiring.

Can’t wait. I have noticed all the 40th anniversary editions and I have started working on 1980 – The Greatest Year In Music? post as I haven’t done one of those in a long while. I need to watch now to steal, I mean borrow material for the post! :-)

Well I just hope you enjoy! Two of my albums you might see coming, but one you will not. I don’t know what Deke has up his sleeve.

On through the night is a favorite. Live in the heart of the city was one of my first hard rock albums. And don’t forget Ace of Spades, its a classic. Right now I’m listening to Live from Loreley and loving it.

Well I hope we don’t disappoint you. We are keeping the talk down to only 3 albums each. But in depth.

No worries. Was looking forward to finding out your favorites. Liked both Sabbath and Maiden. Even liked Deke’s Glass houses.
