John Bush and Gonzo Sandoval stopped by the brand new Power 30 in September 1991 to talk about their new album, Symbol of Salvation. Founding guitarist Dave Pritchard passed after a short but impactful battle with leukaemia. The band had to carry on, and they did with a smashing album. There’s a bit of footage from their gig at Rock ‘N’ Roll Heaven. Great if short interview with a couple guys who are now heavy metal legends.
I wonder sometimes if Bush made the right move to leave and join Anthrax.

I really like those Anthrax albums so I’m gonna say yes! Funny how it all worked out. Joey’s back for good and Armored Saint are too.

I liked that March of the Saint debut. Loved that whole gladiator vibe they were going for back than and Can U Deliver was a great track.

Not every band can just grab a sword and make a music video!

Hah! Nice one Kevin. Truly one of my favorite interviews as a kid. I watched it over and over and used it in a school project.
