GRAB A STACK OF ROCK With Mike and the Mad Metal Man

Special πŸ…»πŸ…ΈπŸ†…πŸ…΄ Episode

Episode 134: Have You SEEN This Concrete Blonde Collection?!

This week Harrison takes the hot seat as he helms an episode he’s passionate about!Β  Its Concrete Blonde, featuring the talents of bassist and vocalist Johnette Napolitano!Β  Harrison is taking tonight to show off his “Complete Albums, Super Rare + More”!Β  Both Harrison and Mike focus their collecting on an end goal:Β  getting a physical copy of every officially released version of every track.Β  Has Harrison achieved this yet?

Concrete Blonde are a little off our usual beaten track.Β  The alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1982, broke up in 1994 after scoring some major hits such as “Joey”, and reunited a number of times over the decades.Β  Harrison will walk us through the discography tonight.

This will be a fun episode for the compact disc and physical media collectors!Β  Join us live so we can interact in the comments!

Friday January 16 atΒ  7:00 PM EST, 8:00 PM Atlantic.Β  Enjoy on YouTubeΒ orΒ Facebook.

  1. Some of the bands Harrison loves throw me for a loop entirely. Not that I don’t get them, but I don’t get how Harrison likes them. Concrete Blonde might take the top place on that list. I’ve only heard Bloodletting, but that’s a good album.
