Didn’t know about the water birth angle, but I have to say I am not surprised. Somewhere on the internets there’s an updated picture of the dude from that photo, all grown up now, in that same pose underwater. He’s wearing a bathing suit, though apparently he was all for doing the shot nude. For accuracy, surely.
