At age 70, Eddie succumbed to cancer of the esophagus. A long hard struggle. We hope his family finds peace in this difficult time.

It’s my favourite of his songs. A lot of people have been posting more obscure stuff, and the major news sites all post “Two Tickets”. But man, “Take Me Home Tonight”! It’s everything that was good about 80s rock.
