    1. For some reason I think Martin has mentioned this topic before, so I was prepared in my mind. For a change, I was first-in with my list. Usually Tim beats me to it, and I have to make changes.

      Unfortunately Tim and Peter are off tonight, so I guess it’s just me, Jamie, Grant and Martin.
