In alphabetical order, hereโs Part 3: ย 88 albums that meant the world to me in the 1990โฒs but never got the respect I felt they deserved. ย
King’s X –ย Faith Hope Loveย (most KX discs didn’t get the attention they deserved!)
King’s X –ย Dogman
King’s X –ย Ear Candy
King’s X –ย Tape Head
Kiss –ย Carnival of Soulsย (while you can’t argue it wasn’t a sellout, it sure wasn’t wimpy!)
Leadfoot –ย Bring It Onย (Karl Agell and Phil Swisher ex-COC)
Marillion –ย Braveย (what a brave, brave album)
Marillion –ย Radiationย (a lot of people don’t like this one, but I consider it a highlight for them)
Duff McKagan –ย Believe In Meย (diverse, fun and pissed off)
Kim Mitchell –ย Aural Fixationsย (a little soft, but Kim in the 1990’s was scarce indeed)
Kim Mitchell –ย Kimosabe
Motley Crue –ย Motley Crueย (they were better without Vince, honestly)
Vince Neil –ย Exposedย (…and Vince wasn’t doing too badly himself)
Ozzy Osbourne –ย Ozzmosisย (it sold by the buckets, but I think today it’s ignored which is a shame)
Poison –ย Native Tongueย (Ritchie Kotzen took them to a new level of maturity and virtuosity)
Pride & Glory –ย Pride & Gloryย (Zakk Wykde’s first album without Ozzy, and one of the best)
Queen –ย Innuendoย (in North America, most of what Queen did went ignored before Freddie passed)
Queensryche –ย Promised Landย (spacey and mature)
Queensryche –ย Q2kย (riffy)
Quiet Riot –ย Terrifiedย (the only thing they’ve done since the 80’s worth playing)
David Lee Roth –ย Your Filthy Little Mouthย (I didn’t need to hear Dave do reggae but it ain’t bad)
David Lee Roth –ย DLR Bandย (John 5 on lead guitar…crank it up)
