Day Four
Back to work, and I am tired. A couple hours of work are enough to make me feel it. Legs are tired too. Maybe because I’ve been on my back all week. I have no cough, nothing wrong with my lungs…I got lucky.
Jen is less lucky. She has the symptoms. A bottle of Sprite tasted like fish to her. And I feel bad because it was clearly me that brought it into the house.
I only go one place. Work and back. I’ve been nowhere else.

That taste modification shit sucks, and it lasts even after the other symptoms are gone. At least it did for me. Mine wasn’t as drastic as Sprite tasting like fish though. That sounds awful.

Nothing you can do about it Mike so don’t beat yourself up. And that fish taste has to really suck. I feel for her.

I’m convinced catching it is random, so no one did anything wrong when they get it. My Mom still only goes to the grocery store with a double mask and she still got it.

It seems so very random, CG. Who knows, we could still be catching it by accidentally touching the wrong doorknob or loaf of bread.
