It’s so expected, though. It is such a go-to comment in 2023 for people who feel like their “rights” are being “silenced”. Yet I approved every one of his comments. How’s that for silencing?

That guy is a dick. However, hopefully you don’t lump all Motley Crue fans into the same mold.
I like Motley Crue music. That does not make me the same as that guy. He even bashes Crue a lot, and does not even rate Shout At The Devil, Dr. Feelgood or the S/T albums.
He really wasn’t a Crue fan. Just a piece of shit, keyboard warrior coward hiding in his mom’s basement trying to stir the pot.
Why anyone would attack a 9 year old review is beyond me.

No I was joking about Motley fans. It’s more a comment about how this keeps happening on Motley Crue posts. It’s really annoying. Good review, bad review, these guys always comment.
Personally I like more Crue albums than I don’t, but I can’t stand the members of Motley Crue, excluding John 5 and Mick Mars.

Okay, I can do that. Will take exception to the “after 1960” thing though. I saw the “r word” used in commercials up to the mid 2000s. Now I know how Norm MacDonald must have felt!

It just makes me uncomfortable these days. I have a few friends whose children have to endure that word so I’ve cut it from my vocabulary.

Meh. Not that clever. And yes, after the whole Hitler thing…no thanks. Why spend so much bandwidth being angry at a review you didn’t agree with? A review from almost a decade ago, to boot. You don’t agree? Fine. Great. That’s cool. But to go on ad nauseum about the reviewer is a waste of time for everyone. It’s where we’re at now I guess. Assholes…opinions…we’ve all got em.

And he took offense when I commented about his own opinion, even though he reminded me that my review is just an opinion.
He also made a comment about how he hadn’t been here since May, but I had a meme locked and loaded for him somehow. If only he knew that we were talking about this very type of reader mere minutes before he dropped his comment. That meme was crying out to be used.
Ah well. I’m glad Paul has moved on.
